HeidelbergCement, a major global exporter of construction materials, faced a significant challenge in managing employee expenses across its numerous plants and quarries. Their Czech subsidiary, HeidelbergCement ČR, was burdened by the manual processing and disbursement of cash payments, which was time-consuming for their finance team. Fidoo provided its employee card solution, which was distributed to all of the company's operations throughout the Czech Republic. This allowed employees to pay for expenses anywhere at any time without requesting cash from a till. The implementation by Fidoo completely eliminated the need for cash, automated the entire process, and significantly streamlined operations for the company.
