Mammoth Holdings - Customer Case Study

Mammoth Holdings, a rapidly growing national car wash company, needed a way to streamline accounts payable as it expanded from 8 to 65 locations in three years. Its manual AP process was time-consuming, resource-heavy, and lacked the controls needed to support thousands of invoices each month across multiple entities and brands. Fidesic AP automation was chosen to work with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Binary Stream Multi-Entity Management, with an eye toward an eventual move to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
