First Atlantic Healthcare, a long-term care and health services provider with 19 locations in Maine, was struggling with a manual, paper-based accounts payable process that led to lost invoices, delays, and constant status inquiries across multiple locations. During COVID-19, the challenge intensified as the team needed to reduce office traffic and support remote work while still managing AP efficiently. Fidesic AP for Microsoft Dynamics GP became the focus as they looked for a paperless, multi-location solution that could work with Binary Stream Multi-Entity Management.

Fidesic implemented a cloud-based AP automation system integrated with Dynamics GP and MEM, giving First Atlantic Healthcare automated invoice capture, location-based routing and approvals, and easy access to invoice history without paper files. The result was a fully automated workflow for 110 users, zero-entry invoice import into GP, better visibility for entities, and the ability for AP staff to work remotely with less stress and fewer errors.
