Électrimat Triples Its Revenue with Fidelio ERP

Électrimat Ltée, an independent electrical equipment distributor acquired in 2011 by Christian Grenier and Mathieu Legris, faced outdated computers and an ageing management system that could not support their growth ambitions. To modernize operations and support expansion, Électrimat chose Fidelio ERP (implemented beginning in 2015) for a distribution-focused, locally supported management solution.

Fidelio ERP delivered an intuitive, French-language Windows interface and distribution-specific features (inventory and sales price management, real-time inventory tracking, margin analysis) that improved decision-making and reduced costs. As a result of the Fidelio ERP implementation and broader modernization efforts, Électrimat tripled its revenue, opened two new branches, doubled the number of system users, and won growth awards, while planning further rollouts of CRM, WMS, e‑commerce and dashboard modules.
