Hired Partners with Fiddler to Pioneer Responsible AI for Hiring

Hired, a recruiting marketplace that uses proprietary AI Intelligent Job Matching to connect candidates with jobs, faced the challenge of scaling its matching process while avoiding opaque, potentially biased "black-box" models. To bring transparency and fairness to its AI-driven decisions, Hired partnered with Fiddler and adopted Fiddler’s Explainable AI Platform.

Fiddler’s platform was layered on top of Hired’s models and integrated into its user interfaces to deliver real-time reporting, explanations for curators, data scientists, candidates, and hiring companies, and continuous performance and bias monitoring.
