Bamboo Agile, an IT services and software development company, needed a better way to manage employee leave and vacation planning. Fibery helped Bamboo Agile build a centralized vacation management system with timeline and calendar booking, automated notifications through Zapier integrations with Google Hangouts and Google Calendar, and custom reports for monthly and yearly leave tracking. The new setup made vacation planning faster, more transparent, and much more newcomer-friendly, while greatly reducing administrative workload. Bamboo Agile reported that the process became “dramatically” more convenient, with all notifications automated and reporting far easier to manage.
