Greystar’s Indigo Springs community in Mesa, AZ struggled with a growing volume of resident package deliveries, sometimes receiving 10–30 packages a day. The on-site team spent too much time reorganizing a small package room, balancing package management with leasing work, and wanted a more cost-effective, contactless alternative to lockers. They turned to Fetch Package for help.

Fetch Package implemented a contactless package management solution that accepts 100% of packages, including oversized and heavy items, and removes the leasing office from the delivery and pickup process. The result was less foot traffic in the office, fewer interruptions for staff, and more time back in the day for other priorities. Although the case study does not provide exact totals, Greystar reported reduced stress and a smoother experience for residents and staff.
