Griffis Residential, a multifamily operator, was struggling with resident dissatisfaction around package access and an unsustainable amount of staff time spent managing deliveries. Residents were frustrated by limited office hours and the inconvenience of picking up packages, while on-site teams were spending hours each day handling package runs instead of focusing on the resident experience.

Fetch Package implemented its package delivery service at 19 of Griffis Residential’s 23 communities, taking package management off-site teams’ plates and creating a more convenient resident experience. The result was improved operational efficiency and stronger satisfaction scores, with move-in experience ratings rising from 4.7 to 4.85 and Griffis reporting its highest survey scores since tracking began.
