Fetch is “The One” for The One’s Massive Package Management Challenge

The One at University City, a high-rise student housing community in Miami managed by Landmark Properties, was overwhelmed by a huge volume of resident packages. With 1,244 beds and up to 1,000 deliveries in a day, the onsite leasing team was manually logging and scanning every package, creating backlogs, staffing strain, and frustration for residents. To solve this, they turned to Fetch Package for a package concierge and delivery management service.

Fetch Package implemented a customized package program that handled standard and oversized deliveries, scheduled move-in deliveries to avoid disrupting peak times, and let future residents ship items to the Fetch warehouse up to 30 days before arrival. The result was less burden on onsite staff, improved resident satisfaction, faster issue resolution, and about $30,000 in ancillary revenue for Landmark. Fetch Package also helped reduce payroll costs by eliminating the need for dedicated package-room staffing and improved morale by freeing leasing agents to focus on residents and prospects.
