Core Spaces, a student housing developer and operator, needed a better way to handle the heavy package volume at its communities—especially at ōLiv Seattle, a 579-bed property. After trying package lockers, package rooms, and package management software, the company wanted to eliminate onsite package handling altogether to save staff time, reduce liability, and improve the resident experience.

Fetch Package provided an offsite package management solution that receives parcels away from the property and lets residents schedule direct-to-door delivery through an app. With Fetch Package, Core Spaces freed up onsite staff time, added usable space for amenities like a larger lobby and study room, and gave residents more control over delivery timing. The solution also helped support move-in logistics by holding packages for up to 60 days, and Core Spaces plans to expand Fetch Package to future developments where possible.
