Fetch Boosts Resident Satisfaction, Customer Service at Draper and Kramer

Draper and Kramer, a Chicago-based multifamily owner/operator with 20 communities and nearly 10,000 apartment homes, needed a better way to handle rapidly growing package volume in older buildings that lacked the infrastructure for effective package management. After trying software, on-site staff management, lockers, and package rooms, they still faced package overload, resident complaints, and too much staff time spent on deliveries.

Fetch Package implemented its last-mile package delivery service at Draper and Kramer communities, starting with Lake Meadows and later expanding to five more properties. Fetch removed the package burden from on-site teams, reduced complaints about theft and missed deliveries, and helped improve resident satisfaction scores by giving staff more time for resident-facing customer service.
