A Fetch Package Case Study

Preview of the Draper and Kramer Case Study

Draper and Kramer boosts resident satisfaction and saves hours with Fetch Package

Draper and Kramer, a Chicago-based multifamily operator, faced significant challenges managing the high volume of package deliveries across its historic properties, which lacked adequate infrastructure. After trying various solutions like software, staff management, and lockers, they found these options to be time-consuming, costly, and ineffective, leading to resident dissatisfaction. They sought a last-mile delivery solution that would completely remove the package burden from their on-site teams and turned to Fetch Package for a service.

The solution from Fetch involved redirecting resident packages to an off-site warehouse for consolidation, with on-demand deliveries scheduled via a phone app. After a successful pilot at their large Lake Meadows community, Draper and Kramer expanded Fetch to five other properties. The results were immediate: package-related complaints ceased, staff recovered significant time to focus on resident-facing customer service, and resident satisfaction scores improved. Fetch successfully eliminated the package management problem for the customer.
