Bridge at Waters Park Supports its Onsite Team

Bridge at Waters Park, a 442-home community in Austin, Texas, was spending too much time on resident package management. The onsite team had to check in, sort, store, and hand deliver packages in-house, which became increasingly burdensome as e-commerce and holiday package volumes grew. Fetch was introduced as a third-party package management solution to help solve the challenge.

Bridge at Waters Park implemented Fetch in March 2020, using its offsite, direct-to-door package delivery service to remove package handling from the onsite team. With Fetch, residents manage deliveries through an app while the community staff can focus on other priorities; the team reported immediate relief and no longer having to check in 100 packages a day. Fetch also helped reduce package theft concerns, improved office space by freeing up storage areas, and made package handling stress-free for the property team.
