Lacoste partnered with Ferpection to strengthen its digital strategy by improving the online shopping experience while preserving its premium brand image. The company wanted to ensure its e-commerce journey matched the quality of the in-store experience and to compare customer expectations across markets, especially France and the USA.

Ferpection implemented a recurring remote user testing program, running the same UX tests every quarter in France and the United States to track changes over time and measure the impact of website updates. With in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations from each round, Lacoste improved key parts of the journey, including product page organization, and user satisfaction rose from 3.8/5 in January 2020 to 4.3/5 in March 2020.
