Virginia Glass Products, a third-generation family-owned maker of mirrors and architectural tempered glass, struggled after combining two legacy operations with software that couldn’t provide timely, “live” production and resource data. Limited visibility led to overbooked resources, constrained growth and concerns about training new staff and replacing their home‑grown systems, so the company turned to FeneVision ERP to address those gaps.
FeneVision was implemented to consolidate platforms and deliver real‑time tracking, custom screens and reports, and end‑to‑end visibility — including live location/status of every lite and actual gross‑margin reporting (with internal rejects) at the order/product level.
