Tristar Glass, an architectural and decorative glass fabricator founded in 2005, needed robust systems to support rapid growth and a commitment to never say “no” to customers. Facing expansion to new facilities and a move toward greater automation, the company replaced a simple local order‑entry program by investing in FeneVision in 2010 to gain end‑to‑end process control and better operational visibility.

FeneVision now manages Tristar Glass’s workflow from order entry through shipping and invoicing, giving controllers real‑time tracking to job and customer locations and enabling steps toward touchless production and laser marking. The FeneVision implementation has standardized operations and supported geographic expansion (including new Dallas and Houston facilities), helping Tristar scale to roughly 200 employees and open a third fabrication plant.
