Syracuse Glass, a family-run glass fabricator founded in 1909 with about 90 employees, was facing rapidly increasing product complexity and an aging, unsupported blue‑screen system that limited agility. The vendor’s tools and service have increased customer loyalty and market share; measurable impacts include one quarter of orders now entered online by customers and routine automated bundles of sales, billing and backlog data delivered daily via FeneVision.
