Midway Windows & Doors, a family-owned manufacturer of new-construction and replacement windows and patio doors on Chicago’s South Side with about 230 employees, needed a modern ERP that could be customized to their processes and provide effective tracking and shipping. Facing the challenge of changing long-standing systems and getting employees and customers to adopt new tools, Midway evaluated partners and selected FeneVision — including its FeneVision WEB front end — to deliver a quoting, order-entry and production-management solution.

FeneVision implemented an integrated system with FeneVision WEB for customer quoting, customization options, and end-to-end order-to-shipping visibility, backed by training and ongoing product enhancements. The result: customers can enter quotes after about an hour of training, CSRs handle more customers, Artie no longer spends half his day managing remote quotes, and operations now have real-time order status across teams. Midway reports strong support and a valued partnership with FeneVision, and is highly satisfied after three years of use.
