Carriage House Door, a California and North Carolina manufacturer of high-end, handcrafted wood garage and swing doors, struggled with limited visibility into its highly customized, make-to-order production: job costs, inventory and scheduling were tracked manually and reports lagged, hampering growth and consistency.
