Avanti Industries, a Phoenix-based, family-owned window manufacturer revived in 2014, needed to build a builder-direct manufacturing and installation business from scratch that could respond quickly and accurately to customers. Facing the challenge of moving sales orders through the factory while properly managing inventory, production and shipping—and minimizing human error—they selected FeneVision as their core ERP/order-to-factory software.

FeneVision implemented its ERP platform for Avanti, including a custom Project Module that transformed order entry from a 30-minute, error-prone task to a matter of seconds, and provided the operational backbone for manufacturing, inventory and shipping with data for continuous improvement. As a result, Avanti Industries scaled to 180 employees, produces about 900 windows per day, expanded its facility by 112,000 square feet, and now serves 13 of the nation’s top 20 home builders, with FeneVision credited as the foundation of that growth.
