Large Financial Institution was struggling with slow, manual client lifecycle management (CLM) workflows that hindered onboarding speed, quality and control. To address these operational challenges it selected Fenergo’s cloud-based SaaS CLM platform for its configurability and enterprise integrations.
Fenergo implemented an integrated solution connecting Salesforce, Orbis and World-Check, deployed a branded portal (with DocuSign) and used tools like the portal quick link and the SaaS CLM assistant to automate KYC and corporate credit workflows. The deployment accelerated onboarding and throughput — roughly one-fifth of the 250 entities processed through Fenergo’s SaaS CLM were routed via the portal (with predominantly positive reviews) — and ongoing enhancements and automation delivered measurable efficiency gains.
