Bank ABC’s innovative digital corporate onboarding rollout

Bank ABC, an international bank headquartered in Bahrain, set out to modernise its corporate onboarding to become a “bank of the future.” Facing lengthy, manual onboarding and compliance processes, the bank engaged Fenergo and deployed the Fenergo SaaS Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution to digitise onboarding, minimise customer touchpoints, and deliver a self‑service, compliant experience.

Fenergo implemented a cloud‑hosted, API‑first CLM that automated KYC/AML workflows, centralised client data and integrated with core banking and screening providers; the first unit went live in July 2021 after a four‑month implementation. The result: accounts can be opened within a few hours, labour‑intensive tasks were reduced, a single‑client view improved product delivery, and the solution can be scaled across Bank ABC’s global network.
