Universal Robots saves €1 million with Fellowmind

Universal Robots, a Danish manufacturer of collaborative robots, faced challenges with a fragmented and costly legacy system for managing its global operations. The system, based on Microsoft Project Online, was expensive to maintain and performed poorly. To support its rapid growth, Universal Robots partnered with the vendor Fellowmind to implement a new solution using Microsoft Project for the web.

Fellowmind implemented a modern system built on the Power Platform, which introduced a flexible, OKR-driven methodology and significantly improved performance and real-time collaboration. The solution provided massive cost savings for Universal Robots, resulting in approximately €1 million in annual savings on system maintenance and licensing fees by phasing out several legacy systems.
