West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP), a Victorian Government infrastructure project, needed a more efficient way to manage procurement across a large, complex supply chain. To support the project, the team adopted Felix, a procurement platform designed for major projects and organisations to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Felix was rolled out in phases, starting with supplier registration and compliance, then adding sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluation, contracts, and awards. The result was a major improvement in procurement performance, including a reduction in vendor onboarding time from 13 days to 1.5 days, along with greater visibility, happier vendors, faster user adoption, and ongoing process improvements.
