Eather Group moves into niche projects and connects with new contractors and builders

Eather Group, a mid-size Sydney fleet operator specialising in bulk excavation, waste and select mining work, wanted to expand into more niche markets, connect with new contractors and builders, and build a steadier pipeline of projects. To support this goal, the company used Felix’s online plant, equipment and subcontractor hire marketplace, then known as PlantMiner.

Working closely with its client manager at Felix, Eather Group tailored the types of RFQs it received, established its online presence, and improved how it responded to opportunities. The approach helped the business keep machines working and led to new work across multiple locations, with Felix-generated RFQs contributing to awarded projects in Bankstown, Baulkham Hills, Ulladulla, Badgerys Creek, Kellyville Ridge, Bringelly, Edmondson Park and Parramatta.
