Berlin-Vegan, a popular mobile app for finding vegan food and shopping in Berlin, sought to overcome the poor performance of its original HTML-based app and the complexity of managing multiple native codebases for Android and SailfishOS. The result was a single codebase for Android, iOS, and SailfishOS that so outperformed their native Android app that they replaced it entirely, significantly speeding up their development and release process.
