The Police of the Czech Republic faced a challenge in recruiting younger talent to join their force. To address this shortage and better reach a new generation of potential applicants, they partnered with the vendor Feedyou to implement a chatbot solution.

Feedyou designed and deployed a chatbot named "Polda" on Facebook. This virtual assistant engaged the target audience with a friendly tone, police-themed content, and preliminary screening questions. The solution successfully acquired 37 applicants in its first three months. Feedyou's chatbot also helped to simplify and speed up the extensive recruitment process for the police, providing them with pre-selected candidates.
