The customer, Plzeňský Prazdroj (Pilsner Urquell Brewery), faced a challenge in attracting a sufficient number of applicants for key production and warehouse staff positions across its four breweries. Despite having career pages, they needed a more effective way to present jobs and engage with potential candidates. The vendor, Feedyou, was enlisted to address this recruitment shortage.

Feedyou implemented a chatbot named "Olda" on the brewery's career site to make the job search interactive. The solution engaged candidates, gathered their information to create PDF CVs if needed, and integrated directly with the SAP Success Factors system to streamline applications. Feedyou supplemented this with a targeted Facebook campaign. The results included a significant number of preselected candidates and a high percentage of applications received outside of standard working hours, successfully quenching the customer's thirst for new employees.
