Grafton Recruitment, a leading European provider of recruitment and talent management solutions, faced a challenge in efficiently capturing candidate information from job portals and social media. Processing this data was time-consuming for their HR staff. To address this, they partnered with vendor Feedyou.

Feedyou implemented a solution of five multilingual chatbots to interact with and prescreen job candidates. This allowed Grafton to collect comprehensive data and integrate it directly into their CRM system. The project with Feedyou achieved impressive results, prescreening nearly 22,000 candidates with a 52% conversion rate and winning a Microsoft Award for Artificial Intelligence.
