The Czech Post, the national postal service of the Czech Republic, faced a challenge in helping potential applicants navigate its vast number of open positions across over 3,000 branches. The company needed a way to automatically recommend the most suitable jobs to candidates based on their location and qualifications. To address this, they partnered with vendor Feedyou to implement a chatbot solution.

Feedyou created a chatbot named Martin that engages candidates, collects their details, and integrates with the client's ATS to filter and recommend appropriate jobs. The solution significantly handled nearly half of all communications outside of standard working hours and helped over 68,000 people find jobs by 2021. The vendor, Feedyou, also equipped the chatbot with features like an optional quiz to improve user engagement and plans to enhance it further with a custom NLP model.
