Chatbot Anna arranges 50 test drives monthly and acquires leads

Toyota, the global automotive manufacturer, faced the challenge of increasing car sales and saving time answering recurring customer questions while also wanting to educate potential buyers about new models. They partnered with the vendor Feedyou to create a virtual assistant, named chatbot Anna, that could handle these tasks and seamlessly hand over complex conversations to live agents when necessary.

Feedyou's solution involved deploying chatbot Anna on Toyota's Czech website. The chatbot was integrated with a spreadsheet of model parameters to make recommendations and could direct users to nearby dealerships to arrange test drives. The results were significant, with Anna arranging approximately 50 test drives per month. She successfully resolved 68% of all user queries and 87% of questions related to new cars, with a 95% satisfaction rate for test drive inquiries. Feedyou also implemented a handover system to live agents that passed on collected customer information, improving efficiency for Toyota's call center.
