Serramonte Subaru, the top Subaru dealer by volume in Northern California, needed to get its vehicle inventory live on Facebook and Instagram for the year‑end shopping rush but faced messy, nonstandard auto feeds and the need for frequent updates to avoid showing out‑of‑stock cars. Feedonomics (working with agency Adtaxi) was engaged to prepare and normalize the dealer’s data for Facebook Automotive Inventory Ads and to solve the challenge of dynamic inventory updates.
Feedonomics optimized Serramonte Subaru’s starting feed for Facebook Automotive Inventory Ads, implemented inventory refreshes as often as every 15 minutes, and created segmented bidding buckets using product_type and custom_labels (price, condition, year, make, model, trim). Feedonomics got the catalog live in under 24 hours; within four months the campaign drove over $1 million in sales, 1.5M+ ad impressions, 2,400 leads, 37 sales and delivered approximately 43x–85x ROAS.
