Online Flower Retailer, one of the oldest nationwide flower delivery services, was managing over 5,000 SKUs on a simple legacy feed platform that left out critical data (brand, color, size, key nouns), suffered incorrect category taxonomy and policy violations, and was barely breaking even on Google Shopping. They engaged Feedonomics for feed optimization and product feed management to enable expansion to other channels and properly advertise their bestsellers.

Feedonomics applied a holistic product feed management solution—adding manufacturer, color, size, and key nouns to titles and descriptions, creating missing titles, recategorizing products, excluding unprofitable items, and building optimized feeds for Facebook Dynamic Product Ads, Bing Shopping, and Connexity (plus custom competitor-based labels). As a result, Feedonomics drove a 3.7x increase in sales for Facebook Dynamic Product Ads campaigns, a 172% increase in ROAS, a 187% decrease in CPA, a 119% increase in impressions, and a 163% increase in revenue.
