Sopra Steria, a European consulting and cybersecurity firm, needed a better way to gather and share open-source threat intelligence at scale. Their CTI team had relied on ad hoc manual monitoring and time-consuming IoC extraction, which made it hard to know if they were catching everything. Using Feedly Threat Intelligence, the team got a structured source of truth for intelligence collection and dissemination.

Feedly implemented AI feeds, MISP integration, and automated newsletters that extract IoCs and vulnerabilities, then distribute curated updates to customers and internal teams. The results were significant: newsletter production dropped from about two hours to 10 minutes, single-article IoC extraction went from 45 minutes to minutes, and customer support tickets about threats and vulnerabilities were significantly reduced.
