GreyNoise doubles detection output with Feedly and flags CVEs 65% faster than CISA

GreyNoise, a provider of real-time internet threat intelligence, faced a challenge with its manual process for monitoring threats. Dubbed "Prairie Dog duty," the task of scanning RSS feeds and social media for exploitable vulnerabilities was duplicative, inefficient, and consumed hours each day that could have been spent on high-impact research. To cut through the noise, the company turned to Feedly and its Threat Intelligence product.

Feedly implemented a solution featuring AI Feeds tailored to track remotely exploitable vulnerabilities with known proofs-of-concept, a Vulnerability Dashboard, and CVE Insights Cards for enriched data. This allowed GreyNoise to double its detection output in a year, from 290 to 573 detections. The solution freed up the capacity of a full-time employee and enabled the team to flag CVEs for exploitation faster than CISA 65% of the time.
