To support this, Projexion used Feedier’s experience management solution to centralize feedback and make it actionable for the right consultants, not just the Head of Experience.
With Feedier, Projexion unified 41 feedback surveys into one place, created personalized surveys using custom client and consultant data, and replaced lengthy forms with gamified, interactive questionnaires. The result was 400+ pieces of B2B client feedback collected, 9 client experience reports set up, and access to insights for 18 consultants, helping Projexion turn client feedback into a real strategic asset.
