Mirillion Group, a Canadian human capital consulting and recruitment firm, needed a better way to measure satisfaction across both candidates and clients at key moments in their journey. To make voice-of-customer feedback a real advantage, they turned to Feedier and its interactive survey platform, aiming to replace long surveys with more engaging experiences while also connecting feedback to their Bullhorn CRM data.

Feedier implemented a two-way integration with Bullhorn to automatically trigger feedback requests after CRM events, enrich responses with contextual data, and update the CRM when feedback was received. As a result, Mirillion collected 200+ B2B feedback responses across 4 interactive surveys, achieved 100% automatic assignment of feedback, and reduced average response time to 1 minute 36 seconds, while also enabling real-time alerts and clear PDF reporting for consultants.
