FeedCheck provided a centralized solution for monitoring reviews and aggregating data from more than 10 stores, giving Vector Watch weekly rating trends, review distribution, and a clearer view of customer satisfaction. FeedCheck also sent negative reviews directly into Zendesk as support tickets, helping the team handle feedback in one place. The result was stronger coordination between marketing and support, with 883 total reviews tracked and an average review rank of 3.84.
