Sampoorna is a school management system implemented by the Education Department of the Government of Kerala to automate systems and processes across more than 15,000 schools serving over 7 million students (Standards 1–12). The project needed to handle vast, multi-layered workflows — generating reports, promotion lists, examination databases, admission registers — and provide role-based dashboards for hierarchical approvals while reducing administrative burden. To meet these needs the government selected Fedena’s Enterprise Solution.

Fedena delivered a customized enterprise implementation with multi-school management, role-based dashboards and modules for admissions, examinations, attendance, finance and more, automating tasks like transfer certificates, report generation and promotion lists. The Fedena solution enabled centralized tracking and monitoring across 15,000+ schools (about 7 million students and 300,000 teachers), simplified approvals and administration, and achieved an estimated cost saving of $10,000,000 per year.
