TSYS achieves 94.5% frictionless transactions with Featurespace

TSYS, a leading global payment solutions provider now part of FIS, partnered with Featurespace to advance its payments technology and deliver more secure, innovative solutions for its clients. The challenge was to push payments technology forward by implementing smarter fraud prevention and authentication systems.

Featurespace implemented its machine-learning solutions, including the TSYS Foresight Score and TSYS Smart Secure products, which are powered by its Adaptive Behavioral Analytics engine. The results were significant, with the system scoring 1 billion transactions monthly and achieving 94.5% frictionless transactions. Featurespace's solution also successfully challenged 5.5% of 3DS transactions, with 77.8% of those challenged found to be fraudulent, dramatically reducing fraud market share.
