How Convergint uses Feature Upvote to crowdsource feedback from colleagues

Convergint Technologies, the world's largest systems integrator, needed a simple, low‑maintenance way to collect and prioritize feedback on several internal tools from colleagues across the business. To crowdsource suggestions and surface high‑priority ideas, Convergint adopted Feature Upvote (Customer since March 2018) and now runs 9 private boards via Single Sign‑On so employees can submit ideas and vote on them.

Feature Upvote is embedded directly in Convergint’s applications and feeds into their Wrike workflow: team members log ideas in Feature Upvote, staff follow up with the suggester, scope work in Wrike, and prioritize items onto the roadmap. Using Feature Upvote has increased visibility and collaboration around enhancement requests, made the feedback process low‑maintenance for admins and users, and streamlined Convergint’s review and prioritization of product improvements.
