The Michigan Society of Association Executives (MSAE) is a small not-for-profit membership organization in Michigan that supports association professionals through education, networking, and advocacy. For its ORGPRO 2018 conference, MSAE needed to build awareness and drive registrations efficiently, while avoiding extra workload for its small 8-person staff and keeping member inboxes uncluttered. Feathr’s retargeting platform was selected as a scalable, affordable solution.
Feathr implemented a same-day retargeting display campaign targeting MSAE website visitors with registration-focused creative and a strong call to action. In just one month, the campaign generated 77,000 impressions, 31 conversions, a $11 CPA, and a 42x ROI, helping MSAE earn enough return to cover the platform and advertising costs nearly six times over.
