MHI, the largest material handling, logistics, and supply chain association in the U.S., needed to boost registration and attendance for its biennial ProMat event while also growing the show overall and lowering cost per acquisition. After seeing limits with agency support, MHI turned to Feathr and its Concierge managed services program to gain more visibility and better campaign control.
Feathr helped MHI run a fully integrated digital campaign across awareness, conversion, retention, and upsell efforts, while also creating and refreshing creative assets throughout the campaign. The result was ProMat 2019’s best performance ever: 24% attendance growth, 11% overall event growth, and a 20% reduction in CPA versus ProMat 2017, alongside 935 exhibitors and 50,000 attendees.
