Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), owned by the National Kitchen and Bath Association, needed a better way to drive attendance for KBIS 2016 as traditional print, direct mail, and email efforts were losing effectiveness. Marketing Manager Rebecca Corbett was looking for an easy digital marketing solution built for events, and found Feathr’s Event Marketing Cloud and programmatic advertising approach to be a strong fit.
Using Feathr, KBIS placed the Super Pixel on its websites, built audience segments from site visitors, and launched five retargeting campaigns with refreshed creatives. The results were strong: the campaigns delivered 430,000 unique impressions, reached 11% of pre-registrations, generated more than 700 registrations from key campaigns, and achieved a $3.56 cost per registration and 11x ROI.
