American Epilepsy Society (AES), one of the oldest neurological professional organizations in the United States, needed to grow attendance for its 2018 annual meeting while reinforcing its brand and spreading awareness of epilepsy and the value of membership. To help meet these goals, AES worked with Feathr and used Feathr Ads, focusing on event retargeting to reach prospective attendees.

Feathr supported AES with a multi-stage retargeting strategy that began six months before the meeting and included save-the-date, early-bird, regular-rate, awareness, cart-abandonment, and last-minute campaigns. The effort generated 993 conversions from 414,000 impressions at a $3 CPA, delivered nearly 1,000 registrations, and produced an estimated 182x ROI; even after platform costs, the campaign still paid for itself 77 times over.
