A Fearlessly Frank Case Study
World Vision, an international Christian humanitarian organization, approached Fearlessly Frank with the challenge of significantly increasing its recurring private income. The goal was to raise $650 million by 2030 to aid children in fragile contexts. Despite its global scale, World Vision needed to move beyond traditional child sponsorship models to develop a more modern and flexible approach to giving. Fearlessly Frank employed its innovation services, including revenue model design and Nemesis™ workshops, to address this.
Fearlessly Frank's breakthrough was the "What if the 1% gave 1%?" concept, which reframed giving by highlighting that individuals earning above a certain threshold are part of the global top 1%. This insight led to the creation of GO/ONE, a frictionless giving platform that integrated small, consistent donations into various financial moments like salaries, transactions, and investments. The solution projected a $500 million recurring income opportunity, identified 50 million potential new donors, and achieved a 5x increase in giving intent for World Vision.
