FDM's solution was to provide a team of local graduates trained through its intensive DevOps program. These consultants successfully automated data pipelines and alert systems, saving the bank tens of thousands of hours in manual work annually and reducing service costs. The FDM team was also recognized as essential workers, providing critical support throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
