How Discovery Inc. Embraced Agile Travel Tech

Discovery Inc., a multinational mass media company, required a travel management partner to help them innovate their travel program with a focus on traveler safety and policy compliance during the global pause in travel. They partnered with FCM Travel, which proposed a solution using a redesigned browser extension, the FCM Extension, to tackle these communication and risk management challenges.

FCM Travel implemented the FCM Extension, which delivered critical pop-up notifications directly to travelers during the booking process. The solution provided 37,954 safety alerts, drove sustainability with 33,335 notifications, prevented wastage with 4,675 unused ticket reminders, and helped onboard 5,566 users, dramatically improving compliance and safety for Discovery.
