A FatPipe Networks Case Study
Globally Distributed Packaging Manufacturer is a Europe‑based packaging company with offices in Europe, Asia and North America that relies on four in‑house web applications (Email, web server, FTP and a 24/7 web order portal) to take up to 3,000 orders per day. With only a single data line per department, the network averaged 1–2 hours of outages per month (once exceeding 12 hours), which could reduce orders to 1,000 a day. The customer turned to FatPipe Networks and its FatPipe SD‑WAN (WARP) solution to address this critical reliability issue.
FatPipe Networks integrated its SD‑WAN to aggregate the customer’s primary MPLS link with an existing broadband line, providing automatic failover and load balancing across both links. The deployment eliminated intermittent failures, delivered twice the previous Internet speed, and achieved 100% WAN uptime, restoring stable order processing across 220 regional offices; installation was reported as easy and support strong.
