Wigs for Kids needed a clear way to educate volunteers, donors, and recipients about how a custom wig is made for children experiencing hair loss. Fathom was brought in to create “How a Custom Hair Piece Is Made,” an infographic that explained the donation and wig-making process in a simple, visual format.

Fathom designed the infographic to show each step from hair donation to the finished wig, helping communicate the organization’s mission and the effort behind each hairpiece. The piece also highlighted key facts, including that it takes 20+ ponytails to make one hairpiece and that it costs $1,800 to support one child for a year, reinforcing the need for ongoing donations and support.
